Our customer, a pharmaceutical company active worldwide in the indication of pain, was confronted with the problem that the study situation in this area is very confusing. We were looking for a solution that would enable the sales force in various local organizations to discuss current studies with doctors in sales talks.
We suggested launching an internal newsletter for which we continuously research relevant studies. To ensure that as many of our customer’s local organizations as possible benefit from the internal newsletter, we summarized the studies in English.
With our newsletter the field service is always informed about the current study situation.
