The German subsidiary of a US pharmaceutical company planned the launch of a hematological drug. One year before the planned launch date, there were still numerous weak spots and time was running out. Due to our special competence in hemato-oncology, the company commissioned us with the launch support.
Together with our client, we drew up a project plan for all the materials still needed for the launch. We organized and moderated advisory board meetings and developed slide decks for product trainings/congresses. In addition, we created various print materials and produced the content for a specialist website that went online in time for the launch.
Thanks to our comprehensive support, all traffic lights turned green in the final “Launch Readiness Check” at the corporate headquarters and the product was launched on time.
